Parent-Child Nutrition Workshop
Hari Sabtu 7hb Ogos 2010, lokasi Hotel Royal Bintang PJ saya dan Anaqi menyertai workshop anjuran Nestle. Seramai 30 pasangan ibu dan anak menyertai workshop ini.
Sepanjang workshop berlangsung ada diskusi mengenai pemakanan anak-anak. Baru saya tahu yang kanak2 tidak memerlukan vitamin sebagai supplemen kerana dengan pengambilan makanan seimbang sehari sudah mencukupi untuk mereka. Selain daripada itu pakar psikologi juga menasihatkan agar ibu-bapa tidak membenarkan anak2 mereka menonton lebih dari 2 jam sehari (hmmm saya lepas ni kena monitorler memandangkan Anaqi sangat obses dengan TV)
Lepas diskusi dalam group...kena bentangkan di depan semua peserta. So saya jadi presenter mewakili kumpulan A. Belasahi jer...takde skrip pun....ala2 baca kat kertas mahjong lepas tu menggoreng sendiri...hahaha
habis setiap kumpulan bentang para pakar nutrisi dan psikologi pun buat rumusan dan memberi beberapa cadangan... so part ni memang banyaklah ilmu yang diperolehi...
tapi tidak untuk mamat ni...start jer diskusi dengan panel siap tidur dengan lena...bila terjaga siap mengingau lagi...adeh...
al-kisahnya Anaqi memang cam tak berapa sihat hari tu tapi dia beria nak iku I bawa jer..
kesianlak tengok dia..melepek jer...
Ni aktiviti bersama chef selebriti yang agak terkenal...Chef Florence Tan...Sebelum masak joget dulu...
Bukan chef ni masakpun...dia siapkan bahan...pilih 3 pasangan ibu dan anak...siapkan hidangan berdasarkan menu yang diberikan...cheh!...hehehe...tapi disebabkan perut dah lapor sangat so memang segmen ini sangat dinantikanlah..
