Servis Kat Secret Recipe Sangat Teruk?

Saya agak jarang tenet-tenet kat Secret Recipe. Sebab saya bukannya peminat cheese cake yang tegar malar. Sekali-sekala layan boleh arr. Tapi paling besh makanan yang pernah saya try kat sini ialah Spaghetti Tom Yam, kena pulak beli time 12pm-3pm murah giteww (tapi kena dine-in ler).
Cuma baru-baru ni saya da try tiramisu kek. Siyes tak sedap mana. Rasa kalau beli kat tempat lain even kat Restoran Popeyes lagi sedap. Tapi tang cheese cake secret recipe ramai yang tabik spring 3 kali, sebab sememangnya menjilat jari. Iyoko, siyes korang jilat2 kari lepas makan kek ni :p

Tapi kalau uol perasan ramai rupanya masyarakat Malaysia yang tak berapa suka kan servis kat Secret Recipe. Banyak gilos komplen kat facebook dier. Cikedaut http://www.facebook.com/#!/topic.php?uid=245602145804&topic=15016

  Just want to express my dissactisfaction. Just now, i bought a slice of high-fibre cheese at the Kajang outlet (near Metro Jaya). Well, i'm very unhappy. The cake is not fresh at all ! The cheese tastes dry and really not fresh, and the fibre even tastes a bit bitter. It seems like the cake has been put in the frigo for quite a long time. This is not the 'fine quality gourment cake' that i want to buy. It's a waste of money. Seriously, I am very disappointed and frustrated. I really think that this is kind of irresponsible treatment to the customers.

  Another dissatisfied customer here. I've ordered a spaghetti bolognese today (Wednesday, 24th nov) for lunch and found a stone in it! (Talking about level of hygiene) That stone could've been stucked at my throat or worst, I could have been choked to death. I've told the waiter about this and they never even apologize about this incident. They just brought my plate into the kitchen and that's it. I never expected this kind of service coming from secret recipe. And I don't think I'll ever have my meals at secret recipe anymore.

Saya juga difahamkan pihak pengurusan Secret Recipe memanglah akan call customer yang complain, take notes dan segala bagai. Tapi setakat itu ajerlah. Contohnya ada customer yang tak puas hati beli kek kemudian kek tu dah cam berkulat. Pihak Secret Recipe takdelak nak ganti balik. Dia amik kek tu dan cakap " I am sorry". Duit pun tak return. Apa kes eh?? Tu belum adab tatabahasa pekerja kat Secret Recipe ramai gak yang komplen. Yolah yolah customer always right, tak gitew. Saya tak delah mengalami terlalu bad experience tapi pernahlah saya masuk cam orang miskin lepas tu cam sibuk kalut pilih kek ngan anak saya, the waiter tu boleh cakap ngan berlagak "Kakak kek kat sini semuanya mahal2"...adeh yalah saya miskin. Huhu. Selama ni pun buat kek sendiri. Orang melayu lak tu, aparaa....
Nampak jer cantek shodap tak delah terangkat kening 90 darjah tinggi pun. Apapun saya ni kan miskin manalah mampu beli kek 3 D. Huhu.
