MERDEKA DAY HI-TEA ON 31ST AUGUST 2022 AT ROYALE SONGKET

Mardhiyyah Hotel & Suites will be serving Merdeka Hi-Tea appetizers such as Roasted Chicken Salad with Pineapple Salsa, Baked Egg Mousse with Chili Mayonaise, Crabmeat and Mango Salsa, Tauhu Sumbat Kuah Kacang and Tomato-Cheese Stacks with Balsamic and Pesto.

In the other corner will be displayed selections of Malay, Japanese, Western and Chinese cuisines. Diners can enjoy our hot buffet dishes, Ayam Bakar Madu Sos Chili Bersari, Nasi Minyak, Creamy Buttermilk Squid, Gulai Lemak Daging Bakar Rembau, Grilled Snapper Fillet Arrabiata Sauce, Oven-Baked Prawn with Cheese, Wok Fried Mix Vegetable with Oyster Sauce, Sashimi and Sushi, California Roll, Tempura Mariowase, spaghetti with choice of sauces, Beef and Vegetable Pizza, Assorted Steamed Dim Sum such as Siew Mai, Har Kow, Prawn Leaf Dumpling, Jade Crystal Bun and Golden Silver Fish Roll.

There are also Bubur Berlauk, Sup Singgang Daging, Mee Bandung, Aneka Cucur, ‘Portugese’ Style Baked Fish with its own jus. Round off Merdeka Hi-Tea with something sweet with Coffee Meuille Feuille, Mango Cheese Cake, Salted Crème Caramel, Ginger Panna Cotta, Black Forest, Chocolate Moist Cake, Assorted Omachi, Classical Butter Cake, Bread and Butter Pudding, Bubur Kacang Bersago, Waffle, and Chocolate Fountain.

Merdeka Hi-Tea at Royale Songket, Mardhiyyah Hotel & Suites will be serving on 31st August 2022 from 12.00 noon to 4.00 pm. The buffet is priced at RM 125.00 nett for adults whilst for children 6 to 12 years and senior citizen is at RM 75.00 nett.
